Job Overview

All media digitization and conversion services for Forever are performed at the North American Media Processing Center located in Green Bay, which also serves as a retail location to showcase all products included in Forever’s memory keeping platform.  The Retail & Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring all customers have a positive experience at the retail location.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, excellent service to all customers in the store
  • Explain, demonstrate, and sell all products and offerings included in the Forever platform
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all customer and company materials
  • Handle customer materials according to strict guidelines and expectations
  • Provide support to the Forever sales team by coordinating in-store events and offering support
  • Scan photographs and documents
  • Perform basic image editing and file organization tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties required by your Direct Manager and other team members

Required Job Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, confident, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Previous customer service experience strongly desired
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Commitment to quality in all work, eager to ensure a job well done

Work Schedule

Part time (20 hours/week) with additional hours during peak times.  Schedule to be determined.  The store is open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays.
